FULL PAELLA (Ingredients
for 6 People)
Ingredients: Rice = 600 grams, Clams
= 500 grams, Prawns = 300 grams, Ripe tomato = 2 pieces, Green pepper = 1 unit,
Garlic = 2 cloves, Yellow food coloring = depend on taste, Parsley = depend to
taste, Chicken = 800 grams, Squid = 200 grams, Small onion = 1 unit, Frozen
peas = 150 grams, Pepper = 2 units, Saffron strands 10, Salt = depend to taste,
Olive oil = 1/2 cup.
Preparation: First you have to wash
the clams in cold salted water and then open them in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of
water, strain and reserve the clams and broth separately. Now wash
peppers, remove its seeds and slice them. In the same time wash the
chicken and cut it and wash the squid and cut into strips. Now Peel the

for 4 People)
Ingredients: Mussel = 1.1 / 2 kilo, Garlic
= 1 clove, Tomato sauce = 4 tablespoons, Olive oil = 4 tablespoons, Ground
pepper = depend to taste, Medium onion = 1 unit, Dry white wine = 1/2 cup, Paprika
= 1 teaspoon, Salt = Depend to taste, Parsley = Depend to taste
Preparation: Clean the mussels under
running cold water, scraping the shells with a knife or a sponge to remove any
dirt. Opened fire in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and a bay leaf. Remove them
from the shells.
Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic
finely chopped, until translucent. Add the tomatoes, wine, parsley and paprika.
Stir, season and when the sauce is ready, add the mussels, sprinkle with
chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Beans with clams (Ingredients
for 4 People)
Ingredients: White beans = 400 grams,
Medium onion = 1 unit, Green pepper = 1 unit, Olive oil = 4 tablespoons, Laurel
= 1 sheet, Clam = 300 grams, Clove of garlic = 2 units, Medium tomato = 2
pieces, Salt = Depend to taste, Parsley = Depend to taste
Preparation: Soak the beans
overnight in cold water. Drain them, put them in a pot and cover with cold
water. Peel the onion, cut it in half and put half the beans, reserving the
other half. Add the bay leaf and put the fire.
When it begins to boil, add a splash of cold water. Heat oil in a
skillet and sauté the onion and garlic reserved, both chopped. Peel and chop
the tomatoes and add them to the pan along with the peppers, leaving sauté 15
minutes.

sauce. Add peppers, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, green onions and mix
well. Add the pasta and stir until well coated.
Mini pizza (Ingredients)
Ingredients: 280 ml of water, 1
tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
oregano, 2 tablespoons Parmesan has, 75 g semolina, 360 g flour, 1 packet of yeast
